Sipping Piece

Sipping Piece (2026) is a participatory performance in which I stand blindfolded, receiving liquid offerings from the audience through two vessels. Unable to see who approaches or what is given, I experience others through weight, warmth, sound, and touch. Extending my concept of residue, the work shifts attention from visible traces to the Inner Canvas - the unseen space within the body where experiences and encounters accumulate over time. In a world moving faster than our ability to fully comprehend it, the performance embraces vulnerability as a condition of being human. What remains invisible is often where the deepest impacts occur.
